Ketevan Khutsishvili graduated from the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2002. In 2006, she was awarded the academic degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London. In 2010, Ketevan was awarded the degree of Doctor Juris (Ph.D. in Law) with the specialization in International Law by Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Dr. Khutsishvili leads the course of International Criminal Law and is a reader of a variety of International Law directions since 2003 in the International Law Institute of the Tbilisi State University. She has initiated such important theoretical and practical courses for both – undergraduate and post-graduate courses as the International Protection of Refugees, The Current issues in Migration and the EU standards, and she has widely contributed to the introduction and development of both – theoretical as well as practical courses and skills in the field of fight against trafficking in human beings in Georgia. Dr. Khutsishvili is an author of a variety of academic works in Georgia, as well as foreign languages, addressing the problems of International Criminal Law. She has widely contributed to the publication of the International Law Journal published by the International Law Institute of The Tbilisi State University.
