Aleksandr Zhmai

I am a management consultant and personal development coach, offering courses in emotional intelligence, time-management, management tools, and various other topics. As part of my methods, I run a Cash Flow game, to increase financial literacy and self-awareness among my students. I have experience in managing teams since 2010, and also lead my own project, EcoNote, which makes notebooks from the one-sided waste paper, recycled plastic and craft paper. I also volunteer as a journalist and corrector in the on-line edition about social projects and project management PROactive (proactive.in.ua). I got a master's in management of foreign economic activity from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University, where I also continued my post-graduate studies in the field of economics. I was also a senior lecturer in the faculty of economics and law of this university, where I taught courses in management from 2016 to 2020.
